    Paid for 20mis of parking. I don’t know why. The food was done so fast hot ready and fresh. Better experience here than other Harold’s restaurants by far

    Sign said $6.49 I was charged 6.99. I was missing toast for 1 order and coleslaw for the other. The hot sauce was hardly on my chicken, should've just ordered it on the side. Flavor was ok for the most part.

    Food is hot, sauce is incredible!! HOWEVER, wings are incredibly small for the amount! Too expensive! A 'every blue moon' visit. I can go to Aldi's and get a 3lb bag for $4.99 compared to the $12.28 I spent tonight. Staff person Jasmine very nice, pleasant and friendly!

    For it to be downtown I expected a more higher quality food. Customer service was good that’s why they get two stars. Chicken hard, came up fast. Fish nuggets was slimy and hot.

    I’ve ordered this Harold Chicken several times so far and it has been consistently worse than other Harold Chicken restaurants. They forgot to put fork and spoon, and no ketchup if you order fries. One time they forgot to put extra BBQ sauce that we purchased. One time they gave me white meat when I ordered dark meat. I wasn’t able to chew white meat, so that misplaced meal was really displeasing. It’s always something missing that makes a normal meal hard to eat. It’s been happening every order, no exception. So I do NOT recommend if you put online orders.
